Anyone have a favorite quote, or phrase that they put on auto repeat at times?
Here are the ones that I've been using lately whenever I get a chance.
"You can't polish a turd" - this is my favorite phrase of all time, it's a shame that the chance to use it doesn't come around much.
"What's the use of freedom if nobody ever uses it?"
I hardly ever get to use this phrase, but it's just a great one. I remember the first time I heard this was from this guy following the Grateful Dead around, this summed up his vagabond lifestyle.

One of my favorites comes from H. L. Mencken. I have it posted on my desk at work:
