Description: Panel of experts speaking on their respective job descriptions, backgrounds, and responsibilites; how they have been affected by and adapting to the existing state of the industry and the digital business model. Questions from attendees will be fielded by event MC/moderator(s)

Seminar will begin with a welcome from the host(s) to attendees, a breif overview of the seminar and introduction of each individual panelist. (5-10 minutes)
Time allotted for each panelist initially will be 10 minutes, to ensure all panelists address their respective areas within time allotted. Please be precise, but efficiently brief. Host(s)will help monitor time, and advise when a topic is nearing the max of alotted time to keep the flow moving.

-How the digital business model and marketplace has affected promoters and promotions:

-How the changes in the industry have affected and influenced how artists are being 'discovered' and managed, and how/why getting a record deal has drastically changed :

-Social Responsibility
All panelists sound off
-the importance of being aware of how your image can positively or negatively affect listeners, especially impressionable young consumers
-are you (artist) contributing to the communities problems or giving a form of solution through your lifestyle, image, and message through your music
-ways to give back and be a community leader and a force for change, being socially responsible (more than just giving money, getting active in a non-profit group/organization)

Great panel idea, Alpha! I would imagine the industry reps may learn as much as the artists. One idea might be to add the perspective of a blogger type who could give insight on what gains traction with online media since that is becoming essential in helping artists grow their brand.
