This Sunday on the 91.7 WEEM Live Lounge:

3:00 p.m. Queens Of The Stone Age 3:30 p.m. Nada Surf

The Queens Of The Stone Age in-studio was actually recorded at the studios of X103 and is a student-led interview. They performed acoustic versions of "3's & 7's," "Make It Wit U" and "Suture Up My Future."

The Nada Surf in-studio was recorded last week before their excellent show at Birdy's. The band performed acoustic versions of "Concrete Bed," "Happy Kid" and "What Is Your Secret?" Dodge from MyOldKentuckyBlog.com led the interview. Download the mp3's for FREE at www.917weem.org or www.myoldkentuckyblog.com.

I had the honor of being at the QOTSA in-studio and the airing is NOT to be missed. 3's and 7's is a near-impossible song to perform acoustically and somehow they pulled it off.
