so i have had my wii for a few months now, fiddled with downloading a few old nintendo titles, learned how to rock Rayman for fun, but havent really gone out looking for AWESOME games. until today: i waited for the price drop which happened last week for No More Heroes. its fun fun fun.

but i mean, aside from some Mario titles (galaxy & kart) and the ever entertaining Guitar games, what are some QUALITY Wii titles i should look into adding to a meager collection?

I'm trying to find some too...I got No More Heroes and the Mario Games. But I'm bored already, EA Skate is coming out soon, that should be fun. And a bunch of other games are going to utilize the Fit.

If you use Gamespot.com they review them all and have decent reviews from users as well. I read an article and the Wii actually has the highest amount of poorly rated games of any system...so it's kinda hard to find some fun ones. The gimmick runs dry quick with the Wii, it seems, and few games have lasting appeal.

C'mon! i know there are Wii owners out there that have a fit, or mario kart, or tiger woods and are really happy about it and want to share their thoughts about it....

dont get me started about the hardcore/casual gamer fight that this thread is propagating....

My family has a wii/wii fit. It's retarded unless you are 5.

You're hilarious. Hopefully one day I can gain the maturity and wit of mbnjmntrb. However, I'm just giving my opinion. Wii is made for children....

Try Lego Indiana Jones, I had a lot of fun with this, that's the only thing I have played on there, oh and Mario Kart witch was already mentioned.

My Niece and Nephews have a few games, but honestly I am so busy with Grand Theft Auto IV on the 360 to really dive into the WII games, I hear Bowling is fun though.

Haha...you're forever hating dude...you gotta be a little less militant sometimes. Come on now, the Wii is great for parties and stuff, and a sneaky way to get your girlfriend to actually play a video game with you. I hated on it for a long time, then I won one on here last month, and so far it's a decent system. It is mostly kid games...but they have a beer pong game too! (They just call it drink cup or something)

I've heard the Indy 500 game is pretty good. I still have a hard time getting over the whole wii is for kids idea. How long can you be occupied with variations on sports being played by weeble wobbles?

While it doesn't come out until next week, Alone in the Dark looks like it will be a pretty cool and worthwhile game.
