I was so excited when my son, nephew, and I were lucky enough to get the tickets. We decided take my 2 grandchildren, who were really looking forward to it.
Imagine our disappointment when we drove way out there and waited in that long line for almost half an hour only to be turned away because the theatre was full. We weren't the only ones. There must have been at least 100 people turned away.
All that gas and time wasted for nothing. What was the point? To angry the Indy Star readership, or was this some sick joke?

It is at the studio's discresion how many passes are released to the public. We received a certain allotment and they sent additional passes elsewhere.
Each ticket has the disclaimer explaining that the passes do not guarantee seats in the theater and recommends arriving early to the show. I'm sorry you were not able to see the show. In the future, I'll explain this in my posts.
