The New York Times reports that the IMA has acquired several Weegee photos found by two Hoosiers at a yard sale in Kentucky. Weegee was a chronicler of the underbelly of life in New York City. His nickname came from the Quija bord game for his uncanny ability to fortell when and where a memorable photo moment was waiting to be captured.
