The Star is saying this morning that the pool of younger workers in the Northeast and the Midwest. I know young people who have had to move out of state to get tech jobs that pay a decent wage. They also are finding places like Chicago that have good public transportation is saving them big money. When is Indianapolis going to do something to keep these young people? They're our future...

It really is hard to stay. I'm looking for a tech job and there is a good chance I'll be leaving. I have one good opportunity here now. Everyone in Indiana wants experience which you don't have much of coming out of school. I don't think the pay is bad here it's just Indianapolis isn't full of entry level jobs. I can't imagine how hard it would be if I didn't have a technology related degree.
