I love Ugly Betty and my adult girlfriends do too so tell your friend that. I need a major re-cap before the new episode since I haven't been watching reruns and can't remember all of what was going on before the strike. Amanda and Marc are big favorites. I also like Freddy Rodriguez as Gio.

I love Ugly Betty. I am ready for new episodes this week. I have to agree that Marc and Amanda are my favorite characters, but there are so many great ones.

LOVE Ugly Betty! I didn't pay much attention to it until I spent a Sunday afternoon (recovering from a Saturday night) watching an Ugly Betty marathon (maybe on TBS or Family). I'm addicted to it now. The writer's are brilliant and all the characters are great (even the evil ones). Have to agree that my favs are Marc and Amanda, they have some of the best lines in the show.

No, I think she was trying to get Christine as a surrogate. Anyone recall?? Sorry too long away from tvland and I've watched to many episodes out of sequence. I believe Amanda found out Gene (Kiss) is her dad.

Yeah, I think Henry is getting ready to go back to Arizona. Wilhemina has bribed Christina to be the surrogate (but Christina doesn't know it's with Mr. Meade's baby). And yes, Gene Simmons is Amanda's father.

I think that's the basics... surely they'll do a healthy recap tonight.
