There sure are allot of Geese this year. Do you think they are nice to look at or do you think they are a problem? The USDA has tips on how to deal with them and removal of nests that might be causing you and your family problems. Permits to remove nests are found here;

Don't even get me started. These things surround my apartment complex and place of work and annoy the urine right out of me with their incessant honking and blocking of traffic. I'm generally nice to animals. For example, I don't eat them. But I expect a little courtesy in return. These feathered bastards are just rude.
I am NOT a fan. They guard the sidewalks where I live and often hiss and honk at me when I'm on way to and from work. I was nearly attacked one day and believe it could be because a little boy decided earlier he wanted to take a stick and poke at one while it was sitting on it's nest.
