What are your all time favorite band names? I think that metal bands tend to have the most interesting names. Here are a few of my favorites: Asbestos Death, Napalm Death, Cattle Decapitation, Pig Destroyer, Man is the Bastard, Cannibal Corpse, Eye Hate God, Death Breath... The list goes on and on, and the t-shirts for these bands usually even outdo the name. My new favorite is a band called Psychedelic Horses**t. I've never heard them, but based on their name I love them.
I was always a fan of the band name" QUIET RIOT & SONIC YOUTH
My cousin's (he's 12 or 13) Rock Band band's name is "Bloodfart."
Chemical Toilet (Always Sunny..), Driveshaft (Lost), Sonic Death Monkey (High Fidelity), and Scrantonicity (The Office) are my favorite fictional band names.
I'm a little partial to Adults Only....but also like !!! or even Pucifer.
My vote goes to Muppet rock band Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem
My cousin's (he's 12 or 13) Rock Band band's name is "Bloodfart."
BLOODFART rules!!!!
Another one that I was in was called "ZOMBIE SNEAKERS"
There was a punk band in the 90's that we could only identify on air as A.C. due to FCC concerns. It stood for two orifices located south of the body's equator.
They did an awesome 18-second version of the Three's Company theme song.
Saw it once in Maximum Rock & Roll - Ancient Chinese Penis.
Another band I was in, a punk band called SALIVATION ARMY
Back in my punk rock college days , there was a band called Painful Dishcharge.... Bad visual but fun band! There were also the Dead Milkmen, Dead Kennedys and Circle Jerks!
This thread reminds me of one of the things I love that Bob and Tom always do when they interview a rock star or someone with a band: they ask the name of their first band, and it invariably leads to the best discussion of the interviews.
