I saw a special pre-screening of this movie thanks to the Union Board at IU. Did I mention it was free? Even still...would be worth paying to see it. From the creators of Superbad, that is definitely obvious. Not quite as good as Superbad, but still pretty funny. Like Superbad, the characters are one of the best things about the movie. I would give it a B-. Not a classic but a definite good time. Plus Mila Kunis is smokin'.
Seeing this on Saturday, I can't wait.
I approve of this movie if for nothing else it had full-frontal male nudity. It's about time the tables were turned.
Oh man was this movie funny! Jason Segel really pulled this off, I will expect to see a lot more of him now (By the way he pitched a new Muppet Movie to Disney and they gave him the green light to write it).
Paul Rudd is always funny and doesn't let me down in this, but I have to say my 3 fav newcomers to the Apatow family were the Bartender, the big "baby" guy and Mr. Snow.
VKANDERS if you like male nudity in your comedy, check out "WALK HARD: THE DEWEY COX STORY" and make sure you get the 2 disc version, there is a "COCKUMENTARY."
I really enjoyed this movie and I was laughing out loud the whole time, go see it.
I liked it, a lot of awkward humor, a fairly unique story. Not just boy and girl breakup and work it out, like many might expect. I wasn't super fond of the dude junk all up in my grill...but they made up for it with the boob wall.
The English guy stole the show, he was pretty funny. I didn't like it as much as Knocked Up or Superbad, but I thought it was a quality movie.
thanks irratebass, i've actually been wanting to see that one a lot but haven't managed to watch it yet.
No problem, also vkanders check out www.reeltv.com (or something like that, do a google search) Jason and Judd were interviewed on there and they talk about Jason "rising" to the occasion lol, if you can't find It I will post a link to it later tonight.
