Ok, not really. But it seems like the negative posts gain more attention than the positive ones at times. I think there's a place for rants, whines, and complaints on Indy.com. But I'm more of a the glass is 1/2 full type of person. If that makes me naive or sound too cheerful for other people, that's ok by me. So, in that vein I'd like to start an un-crappy list: the things about Indy that don't completely suck or the things in your life that are pretty dam* good. I realize this sounds completely cheesy to some.
For me: Indy is no Chicago or LA ,but I love it here. The people are friendly and I've made some cool friends. I love my neighborhood in Irvington. Also, Indy.com is a great forum. Some posts make me laugh and others bring up really, interesting convo. And,it's Friday.
Thus ends my happy rant
Happy rants are awesome. I'm under a little government-house-buying stress (we're buying a HUD home and bureaucratic red tape is currently stalling up), and this cheered me up a little!
interesting - but i think it is like this on all the social sites. Neg = more reads most of the time. It sad.
