So I was at the Lowe's in Beech Grove on Wednesday buying some lumber before I was to go to the studio when it dawned on me that I should probably eat. I drove out of the parking lot and thought I had been given the most heavenly of heavenly dilemnas: White Castle or Rally's?
I haven't eaten fast food in over a month so I was really torn up about which place I would splurge. I finally chose Rally's because there was less cars in line. Byt the time I get to the drive thru four cars are in the right lane and one in the left. So I say to myself, "I am limber enough to pay thru the passenger side window" and go into the left lane.
I'm sitting there deciding between all of the grease-filled concoctions when the minivan in front of me pulls forward and goes right by the pick-up window. Huh? I wonder. And then the guy on the speaker asks me to get int he right lane! Sixth in line! Goood bye Rally's! I was so miffed about it I even skipped White Castle and went to McDonald's instead. Nonsurprisingly subpar food but atleast I knew both drivethrus were open!
You just made me want to go to Rally's
I live in BG and that Rally's does that all the time. Other Rallys put cones in the left lane if it is closed. I wonder how much business they have lost over this issue?
