I don't have an ipod, I have a 2gig mp3 player, and before I mastered it I would always put the same song on twice, so for the 1st week or so that would drive me crazy, I would think I have like over 400 songs, but in reality it was only about 200.

Now that I have mastered it I can usually squeeze in about 500 songs, and I just play them in alphabetical order song name wise, so no more repeats for me, once I finish I just delete those songs and start fresh.

I know what you mean about those hardcore songs, can easily get about 1000 songs with a lot of them added hehe.

i am now at 14.5 days of continuous music. that doesnt count podcasts or any of the downloaded zip files i still have to add to the library.

AND i still have a ton of stuff from my old computer that didnt make the switch last year.... im not even going to mention my shelves of cds .... they look lonely.

and if anyone want to get an old ipod mini for the cheaps, just let me know. ive got one im not using anymore and its still works!

I got a new 2gig mp3 player that I am pretty happy with, I loaded 472 songs for this week, and have listened to 107 so far, and it's only TUESDAY!!!!!

Still in the process of ripping all my CD's I am going thru a divorce and I moved out, when I stopped I was on the S's in my collection, sigh still a while to go, and I started this last July, of course I didn't rip music every day either.....once I get my cd's back in order will continue where i left off......sigh.

I only have 10 solid days worth of music. I wonder if it would be possible to listen to 10 days worth of music without sleeping or going insane.......... Sounds like it's time for an experiment!
