This is a series for anyone who wants to learn the fundamental of cooking. The series is eight classes long, every Wednesday at 6:30 pm. The classes are Knife Skills, Garde Manger, Sauces, Soups, Starches, Meats, Poultry and Seafood. This series helps you prepare great new meals for your family without a recipe. You will develop an understanding of putting food together and flavor combinations and different ways to prepare familiar food and great dishes with new ingredients. Expand you families culinary horizons and learn to create, not just cook!
