And someone found him, rang me, and I went and picked him up no problem. Here is the question--what should I get them? Beer is my leading contender. I'm thinking a bouquet o brands, since who knows what they like, and committing to a Heiny keg might be too much for them. Ideas?
Dinner, not everyone likes beer.
Everyone loves a candy/fruit basket or tickets to the movies!
Last time this happened when my parents were in town, my mom got them a starbucks card. Maybe I should follow her lead, but I have to admit I have a hard time believing someone might not like beer as a gift?
Randydaytona is right, a restaurant gift card is a better idea. It's a nice thought too. I've found peoples pets and never expected a reward, but it would have been nice to be able to go get a meal somewhere.
Amazon gift card maybe or a more specific store like Target. Who can't find something they need at Target. Or maybe from one of your favorite independent businesses that you would like to see supported more frequently. Worst case scenario= Simon gift card. You can use those at any store in a Simon mall.
Two words: GAS CARD! Nothing like helping them in the basic way that they helped you!
