I'm a Far-East-Sider - think almost in Cumberland or New Pal. What do you other Far Eastsiders do for entertainment or leisure?

As you know, the city often seems to feel only the poor and destitute live on the Eastside of Indianapolis. ANd while I CHOOSE to live in a neighborhood which is all ethnicities, colors, hopes and dreams, I also know those of us who live out here can afford to go out and eat, shop and aren't living hand to mouth as some of our unfortunate Eastsiders are.

I read with interest the Irvingtonians storys. What about us? Any hope for us? Or do you do as I have to? Driving to the far northside or far southside of Indy, oh, and downttown to get to where the action is....
