I've decided that I am going to try to post only postive comments (unless it's a review) as I realize that if someone wants to post pictures to boost their karma, they are completely within their rights. It's up to Indy.Com to decide what standards should be set. If they want to give 6 points for a picture of a door, then that's their decision. Perhaps I've been to hard, in my secret thoughts, on pictures that are not interesting, on people who take the easy way out and on members who are trying to express themselves. I'm going to be a kinder, gentler, more mediocre person today.
Mediocre is good. I wish you luck with that.
Theres a few people on here (not you) that should take this as advice too. I think they do it just to get people worked up, not cause they have a point to make.
And I, in turn decided not to fall into that, ignore their remarks and not reply to them.
And I agree with you on the picture thing. It's too bad there's not enough time/people/etc. to go around and check things like that. Such is life.
some pictures are just monotonous, how many times can you see the same picture with different people in it, infront of the same bar. I would rather see pictures of landscape of indy or the actual buildings or the places lit up. But thats just me. I dont post pics cause most of the good pics my gf takes and they are on her computer not mine :(
Me too, people get SO worked up sometimes! I've never posted a picture but if I did it'd have to be landscapes or something..
