So I haven't been posting much. I have been busy hitting the streets though, with my brother in town visiting.

And it helped me realize why I hate shopping. Castleton is busy and full of bad drivers. Chain store shopping. Busy malls with rude mothers and strollers. Annoying teens, people who walk side by side by side by side and block the whole freaking walk way.

Then there's Carmel. More chain stores. More bad drivers, only with nicer cars. More space, but I think I was only talked to in one store(?) unless I initiated a question (I'm not looking for a conversation, just a recognition that I am still alive and visable). High prices for crap no one needs.

We also went to Circle Center. Better. But, still a mall.

It was so nice to get back to the Avenue. Shopping there is nice. And unique. And less stressful.

Needless to say, I did find a few really good bargins, but on the whole, I probably won't go out in that again for a few more months...say, Christmas shopping?
