I am taking a short road trip to Louisville this weekend. Does anyone have any reccomendations for restaurants or "must see" venues? Please let me know.

I would hit up 4th Steet Live Downtown.

It covers just about every type of bar. On the weekends they block the street off and set a bar up in the middle. You can take your drinks from bar to bar as well. The only bad thing about it, almost every bar charges a seperate cover. I'm a big fan of ROCK BAR and SULLY's. But they really have it all covered.

To be honest though, you should just wait until the first weekend of May and go to the Derby!
