I am looking for a cyber cafe in the Broad Ripple area since netheads has moved to Noblesville. If not in BR, then perhaps North (East or West) will do, and preferable somewhere less expensive than $24/hour Kinko's.

Have you considered the public library?
The Library is okay, but I'd to go some where with fewer kids. Plus you can't use CDs at the library - only floppys & thunb drives.
