I know, I know...don't drink so much in the first place. Besides that, what do you do to avoid feeling like your brain is trying to escape your head the next day. This may help a few groggy souls this post St. Pat's morn.

i never really get hangovers. Seriously, I might wake up a little groggy, but i just go about my day. Just drink lots of water and eat crackers before you go to bed. I hear there is 'natural' stuff that works, but those pills your supposed to pop i hear arent all that great, but i cant say from experience. Good luck finding the cure though.

If I drink enough to get a hangover, I usually try to make a yogurt, banana, peanut butter and honey smoothie. That usually does the trick.

Tomato juice and an Alka Seltzer (not together in the same glass).

Take a couple of aspirin (or whatever analgesic is to your liking) with your crackers and water before bed usually works wonders for your wake-up.

Then water, Gatorade and exercise the next day to totally clear up the fuzziness.

The funny bit is the fact that a "hangover" is a type of withdrawal symptom and "hair of the dog" actually works to relieve the symptoms - especially if you want to become a raging alcoholic.

If you want to prevent future hangovers, just check your wallet (or credit/debit card receipts) and add up just how much you spent at the bar(s) the night before...

Good Luck
