Due to a tip and great review from NUVO magazine, I tried a pizza today at the new TOMATO PIE (yes, at 96th and College), and it was simply outstanding! It was perfectly made, and the freshest ingredients were used. NUVO and Tomato Pie's menu prepare you for true "Southern Italian pizza..." and it definitely rings authentic in my book. The pizzas do come with a VERY thin crust, however, so be forewarned. The prices are very fair for such great quality ($7.25 for a 10", and $14.50 for a 14"). TOMATO PIE 9611 N. College Avenue.
