Feed back anyone? I'm looking to make a book of my wedding photos to show when I meet with people. My design skills are ok, but I'm sure there are others out there with better skills. Any suggestions?

I've aparently forgotten how to sleep. Which isn't terrible, cause I'm most creative late at night, but going out on a photo shoot this late at night, not very..hmm..what's the word I'm looking for. Shrug.

Anywho, my bed time just keeps getting later and later and then I go to bed and toss and turn. It doesn't help that I don't have a set schedule, but seriously, I don't know if I've gone to bed tired but once in the last couple of weeks (if you care).

I've gotten a lot done in photoshop though. And written a bit. I have a lot of ideas and things in my head for paintings and what not.

Has anyone every had insomnia? I think I'm coming down with it.

I've had chronic insomnia since I was 16 or so. Prescription drugs and exercise are your best friends. The longest I ever went without sleep was a bit over 60 hours. Biggest problem at those level of sleep deprivation are your eyes and vision.

Ambien is about the nicest thing in the world at this point. It's much better than old school Seconal or the stuff they use in Tylenol PM (which works but leaves me groggy for 4 for five hours after waking up)

I like www.asukabooks.com if you're looking for a book printer. Throw up some more page layouts and I'll tell ya what I think if you like.
