Your review of restaurants is well appreciated; specifically, that of Fleming's. However, your individual taste is of no consequence, it only proves that your preference for "a thinner sliced version" of the ahi tuna, shows your incompetency for doing these restaurant reviews. You obviously do not understand that the thickness of the fish appropriately determines the taste and flavor of a medium-rare to rare finish. Again, learn something before rendering your preferences.
