Tuesday, a co-worker and I were trying decide where to go for lunch. We have exhausted all the usual places that are within walking distance and wanted to go somewhere different. Then I remembered the restaurant that opened up in the Hyatt, One South. What a great place to grab a nice, sit-down lunch. There was no wait and we were promptly served. For those of you who remember The Porch, One South has brought back their pasta bar too. I just chose the salad bar. It came with grilled vegetables, a pasta dish and dessert...all for $9. I was quite impressed. I will go back there again for one of their paninis which looked good too.
