Weddings are usually in the Spring or early Summer.

My advice is run. Marriage is for suckers. All married people do is sit around and think back on the good old days when they were single.

I don't know why people insist on haveing June or July weddings. Summer is the worst time to book a wedding; everything is the most expensive and booked way in advance because it seems that EVERYONE wants to get married then...

I good tip is to book for late September/Early October. Reception sites, photographers, florists, Dj's, etc all are not as busy then and you can typically cut a deal for there services in the Fall since they are more desperate for business.

Cheers!

Yah, I got married in Vegas in November...in a helicopter. It was cool and a lot cheaper than a traditional wedding. The best part was...neither of our families was there, so we actually had fun (when we weren't fighting).
