NEW YORK (AP) -- NBC News is apologizing again - this time for Jane Fonda. The actress used a vulgar slang term on the "Today" show Thursday while talking about "The Vagina Monologues." Fonda is appearing in a 10th-anniversary performance.
Fonda said she was asked to perform a monologue with the offensive word as the title. She said her reply was, "I don't think so. I've got enough problems."
About 10 minutes later, "Today" co-host Meredith Vieira told viewers that "Today" and Fonda apologized for the remark.
NBC has recently apologized for comments made by Chris Matthews and David Shuster.

I heard it happen this morning. I was getting ready for work and heard her drop the C-bomb. At first I thought it was just my ears playing tricks on me. A simple rewind of the DVR confirmed it.
Wow.
Seriously. Did she not know that's a no-no word?
I thought the worst word that twit could say would be "patriotism".
s.h.
I had to rewind the computer DVR to make sure Sewer_Harpy typed "twit." I thought we had another slip on this subject.

He slipped up...he probably meant to say something else!
