Do you do anything but pimp your art on here?

Do you have a problem with that?

Apparently Mr.Daytona has no grasp on basic principles of marketing... Theories of making the most of captive audiences...

Judging from some of his posts, he doesnt grasp a lot of things...

Judging from most of your posts you think this website is your own personal store.

aLLENiMAGERY, yes I have a grasp on basic principles of marketing (I went to a real school) and I also know there are also inappropriate places for marketing your stuff. If this guy didn't constantly do it, it wouldn't be so annoying.

it's all good to put your work on here. It's cool. But reposting it is not cool. Why don't you just comment on it so it gets on the front page again?

Randy, let me try to explain some logic to you. New people sign up on this site everyday. If I repost/bump my post to push my art, that means more exposure for me, especially to the new people. More chances to have my art seen and purchased. How is this forum an inappropriate place to do this? I dont post in every catagory, even. I use this site as a tool to market my art. So far, so good.

Dude, you're hopless and I could careless if you are annoyed by my posts, hate me, hate my art, or whatever. People like you mean nothing to me. You are the one choosing to be annoyed. Here's a concept: GET A LIFE. Spend some time away from this site.

Concur. It's not like you are spamming anyone. If someone doesn't want to read the post, then they shouldn't open it. This site is in part meant to promote local art, not dissuade artists from showing their wares. If you want to refresh your stuff every 10 seconds, that's your perrogative...

Good luck!

I mean nothing to you but I apparently piss you off? Let me explain something to you, every community based website has rules outlined in the Terms of Service (you can find the link at the bottom of the page). Here's a quote from it:

"Use the Site to advertise or solicit to anyone to buy or sell products or services, or to make donations of any kind, without our express written approval."

Oh my God, that sounds like what you are doing. I'm not trying to police the site but you made me do that with your attitude towards me.

Here's a concept: GET AN ORIGINAL INSULT. I have a life! A very good one actually! Thanks for your concern.

My whole point of responding to this post in the first place was I find this annoying. I'm probably not the only one either. It's just like people being annoyed that the one girl keeps posting bad reviews. If the people in charge want to keep it up fine but you really aren't playing by the rules when the rest of us are.

a REAL school, huh? What exactly do you mean by that sir? An education is only as valuable as the brain that it inhabits. Perhaps if you had saved some of your tuition money, you could have also attended an etiquette school as well. Then perhaps you would have gained some manners to go along with that REAL education.

Trust me, I know more than you think... Like the fact that you are a pompous loser who never had friends in high school (or any other grade for that matter), so you distanced yourself from the very people who wanted nothing to do with you anyway... you were the kid who sat alone at lunch talking to himself because no one else would (but BOY did you wish they would let you play hackey-sack). So now you sit at home alone in your below average two-bedroom apartment wishing there was someone to occupy the space with you. You are the epitome of a life wasted attempting to make others as miserable as you. But dear sir, you have met your match, because I have a full understanding of who I am as you are still trying to find yourself (as you so eloquently put it in your profile with this line: "trying to decide what to do when I graduate").

You couldn't care less about the terms of service, you just want to be obnoxious... congratulations, you ARE a success at that at least.

Wow, you have me all figured out! How do you know so much about me? Is Mind Reading 101 a required course at "International Business College?" I actually get along with everyone on here except one of you. I really have no problem with serigraph, just you. You try to act like the man on the internet when in all honesty you're probably the one living in your parents' basement and playing on the computer.

Yes I am "trying to decide what to do when I graduate." I'm 22 years old, I don't know what I want to do with my life. Apparently that's crazy. That doesn't mean I don't know who I am, it means I don't know what kind of career I want to have the rest of my life.

I'm done with you but seriously, good luck with your $10 an hour careers. I'll just continue be a pompous loser wasting my life.

P.S. Hackey-sack??? Seriously? Get creative buddy, you're an "artist" aren't you?

"You try to act like the man on the internet when in all honesty you're probably the one living in your parents' basement and playing on the computer."

Perhaps you should go visit one of those college chat rooms little buddy. As your interests state you are clearly only searching for "women" and "lesbians" (you really have grown attached to the fact that people don't want you, eh?) The reason I don't need to ACT like man on the Internet is because I AM a man on or off of a computer. And for the record, I own my own business doing photography and graphic design... office downtown Indianapolis. Ask about me homeboy...
