What do women managers add to local arts groups?

Many more women run small- and medium-sized Indy arts groups than they did 25 years ago. I discovered evidence of this trend in both the performing and visual arts in Central Indiana, while researching a story now on indy.com and coming out Sunday, Feb. 10 in The Star. Is this a good trend? Does it make a difference? What do women bring to arts management in Indy?
