Here is who comes up from that search
Go to the Things to do page. On the left side, you'll see several categories including an "Additional categories" link. After clicking that, you'll see that "Spoken Word" is an option. Click on that link to see upcoming spoken word events.
Welcome to Indy. I, myself located here from NYC. I'm working on a music project and am looking toward integrating within Indy's art scene.
Again welcome.
There are a lot of great spots in Indy! i even have to admit that I haven't had a chance to hit them all up yet. To give you the info on VOCABs: they are the 1st Tuesday of every month and it usually is a late night. So if you work on Wednesday morning and need a lot of sleep, you may need to take the day off. But it is a party and you get to free your mind as well! And it's in Casba, which is the dungeon of Broad Ripple. So hopefully you'll get a chance to some out sometime.
