Cars kept running stop signs in Muncie by the home of a local man,after he asked several times for a crosswalk by his home, he painted his own and got busted. This is a good read: (http://www.theindychannel.com/news/15181455/detail.html) I give him kudos for his effort.I might have to fill my own pot holes here someday.
