How do I submit a Review for something not in the list?

Everything looks like I can only write a review for something that already exists on the list. I want to review something not currently in the lists... and STOP! Yes, I did watch the submit a review video and it did not help this query so pointing me to the FAQ will not help unless I missed something.

What do you have in mind?
I wrote a review of Snoop Dogg's latest venture... and wanted to review it here.
As in an album or tv show?
We don't have actual album or tv reviews (yet ... it was on the original drawing board and we might come back to it eventually), so you'll have to do it as a straight music or tv post.
If it's an event (not keeping up with Snoop's touring schedule these days) that's already passed, let me know and I'll try to find the event url for you (it takes a little url hackery to find past events right now ... we're working on fixing that).
Sigh... ok, I give. I'll just submit it as a post.
What about venues that do not appear on the list? I assume I have the option to submit a venue... like Tex's 5 R bar?
Right in the top navbar there should be a link to submit a venue.
We know we don't have everything (it's a big city, after all), but just check to make sure any venue submission isn't already in the system somewhere (duplicate venues make calendar team angry ... then they get big and green and start smashing things ... it's really unfortunate).
