The sequel to "First Blood" is titled "Rambo: First Blood Part II," and the second sequel is "Rambo III."

The original title for this film was originally "John Rambo" (at least it was the original "final" title after versions called "Rambo: Eye of the Serpent" or some such nonsense), but the studio dropped the "John." I think Stallone wanted the parallel to "Rocky Balboa."

By the way, I would recommend everyone catch the original teaser footage. It's gory as can be, and it's one of those unintentionally funny trailers where Rambo appears to punch a bad guy's head off (he really has a blade if you look closely), then lays waste to everything.
