I heard that Mo's Loading Dock Pub on Senate Ave closed. Does anybody have any details?

I heard that it closed (sorry - can't remember where I heard it). But! I also heard that a new place is opening in that location. The owners have reportedly entered a franchising deal with John's Stews. My friends and I are big fans and loyal patrons of John's. I'm excited to visit this new place if it does indeed come to fruition.

Thanks. Very interesting. Loved the food at Mo's but also LOVE the food at John's Stew. Looking forward to further developments.
