I've tried the wings at Hot Shotz once (I've only been there once) and I've been dreaming about them ever since. They are the best wings I've ever had. But, they're smoked wings and it's hard for me to throw them into the "Hot Wing" category. They're really fabulous though - they're smoky and tender and the meat falls off of the bone just like a slow-cooked babyback rib. Brian Graham will never have to give me my money back, that's for sure.

I've heard good things and bad things about this place, so I finally tried it out. Well, all of the bad things are true and only one of the good things. Their wings were not good at all! My order (which took over 30 minutes for one order of wings) was cold and the wings weren't cooked all of the way. The only decent thing about that place was there beer selection (if only they had half of their beers they offer in stock). The atmosphere is horrible; I don't know if they are trying to be upscale or a TGIFridays. Not to mention the service was the worst I have ever experienced. How that place is still in business is beyond me. I will never go back and even if they paid me.

Hot Shotz in the best place to go for the wings, beer and service. If you are not a wing eating person, that have many fantastic menu items to choose from. I love the service and the atmosphere at Hot Shotz and I do there when ever I want to go out and have a good time. The owners of the place- Chris Morris, Robert Winkler and Hans are all especially nice and take their time to go around to all the guests to introduce themselves. I have many friends who continue to come out with me and I have see many regulars as well. If you want a great place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends.....GO TO HOT SHOTZ!!!!!
