Recently my Mom and I went for a stroll around the newly remodeled City Market to see the changes. The inside looks great and it is wonderful to see people selling meat, cheese and produce along with dinein/take out food. We came upon a little stand called Ruby's Sweet Treasures and started looking at the bottles of barbeque sauces and other wares. The Lady working the booth asked if we wanted to sample some cheesecake. She offered us 2 choices, Butterfinger and Turtle. This is the most amazing cheesecake I ever tasted. They approximately 2 bite sized and heavenly. Trina Bannister makes them in several differenly flavors and has a small fridge of them on site prepackaged for take away. She says that she has had people use them for dinner parties, gifts and wedding favors. I think it is good to support local artist and eateries and this one is a must see!
