We only did a Top 3 list this year. In case you missed it in the last IndySunday, my top picks were:
The Kite Runner

The other seven (in no particular order) were:
Before the Devil Knows You're Dead
August Rush (apparently I'm the only person on the planet who loved this movie)
The Savages
Ratatouille
The King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters
Breach (February film that seems to have been largely forgotten)
Lars and the Real Girl (another one I'm on the fringe about)
A major caveat is that I haven't seen "There Will Be Blood," which is getting raves pretty much everywhere.

I saw "The Savages" just yesterday, and I think if I had it to do over I'd probably have put that on my list too. Very good movie.
I made a change, adding "King of Kong" to the list and taking out Harry Potter.
