The closed Mexican restaurant El Sol de Tala will reopen after an agreement was reached to end a feud between the previous owners.
The Near Eastside eatery, at 2444 E. Washington St., could open its doors by November, says Indianapolis real estate Jim Chalfont, who acquired title to the bankrupt property at a sheriff's sale and will lease the building back to founder Javier Amezcua to run.
