Just a note my wife told me to state that if in fact we do receive e-mails they will be posted in their entirety along with the sender. The views that we have submitted are our views and nothing more. I have started posting these since recently I have the time (being laid off after 14 years) and they are the opinions that we as consumers have experienced.
