Helio Castroneves and Mark Cuban survived another round of cuts on ABC's "Dancing With the Stars" show Tuesday night, but popular entertainer Wayne Newton did not.
A night after receiving the lowest score from the show's three judges, "Mr. Las Vegas" was knocked out of the competition by the television voters. Nine contestants remain, including Castroneves, the two-time Indianapolis 500 winner, and Cuban, the Indiana University graduate who owns the Dallas Mavericks.
Castroneves was the favorite of the judges Oct. 2, but he slipped to sixth this week. Cuban was ninth. The next round is Monday night in Los Angeles.
