This past First Friday was the first First Friday I've missed in a long time and I really missed it. My foot got all jacked up and the good Doctor Ocosta ordered me to stay off my feet for a few days at least. So just this once I decided to obey an authority figure and stayed home and watched movies instead of doing what I usually do on the First Friday of every month in Indianapolis, Indiana which is to go to as many art galleries as possible in one night and see as much art, hear as much live music, meet as many new people and catch up on news from as many old friends as humanly possible. Think about how lucky we are in this Midwest metro area here in America to do such fun, challenging, intriguing things. I mean, they have no First Fridays in Toledo. Or do they? All those things were going through my head as I tried to keep up with the plot twists and unfolding events of "Night at the Museum". And tried to keep my foot elevated.
