It's hard to find a band who takes its keytar seriously, so I truly appreciate the Sump Pumps. Keytar and Moog player Rob Ross is a master at his craft, and he always lets loose during live shows. All of the members are from the Indianapolis area and are currently residing in Bloomington. They make it back up north every few months to play a show, usually for Punk Rock Night at the Melody Inn. They are fun, exciting, and easy to dance to. Sharing the stage with them this evening is Sass Dragon and Prizzy Pizzy Please. The show costs $7 and is at the Melody Inn located at 38th and Illinois.
