Marcos
After yrs.of favorable dinning @ Marcos, I had a very bad experience there tonight. The waiter, besides being arrogant and unfriendly, forgot 3 times to bring things we had ordered. He never checked to see if we needed anything and we had to ask the busboy for service 4 times. When I told the owner of the problems he was very unconcerned. Though the waiter was aware that I was unhappy w/ the service he nor the owner apoligized. It'll be a cold day in June when I eat there again!!

Fortunately for Marco's, at least one cold day in June is virtually guaranteed here in Indy.
Seriously, though -- I've never been incredibly impressed with the service at Marco's, but the food is always pretty excellent.
