Name some good movies that are set during the Holiday, but aren't necessarily Christmas movies (i.e. Die Hard).

as I said in another thread, Die Hard is by far the GREATEST Christmas movie of all time. the rest are, Gremlins, Better off Dead, and Trading places.

Batman Returns. Good, but flawed.

That was a good Batman movie. The Penguin sucked, but the interplay between Keaton's Batman and Pfeiffer's Catwoman was awesome. Man, she looked good in that leather cat suit.

I liked DeVito as Penguin, and even him being a freak was interesting, but he didn't have anything worthwhile to do. That mayor subplot was ridiculously mishandled, and his death was confusing and dumb.

But I agree about Pfeiffer and Keaton. Great stuff.

Hey, which of the big-screen Batmans do you think are closest to your actual personality? You really should head over to the "Who would play you in a movie?" thread as someone who's had a myriad of different actors play you over the years.

I think "Nightmare" is a Halloween movie that is Christmas-appropriate. Or maybe it's a Christmas movie that's Halloween-appropriate. Hmm...
