A day with no gossip

Today. Day after Thanksgiving. It's Buy Nothing Day and the day my mutual fund dropped yet again because of the weakness of the U.S. dollar.

Worse yet, every gossip blog operator seems to have taken the day off. What's up with that? Shall we start a gossip wiki?

I am the first to admit that I'm a sales shopper/clearance rack junkie, but why on god's green earth would anyone EVER want to get up at 3AM to go shopping at 4AM just to get a deal on a random brand name kitchen appliance??? Are people insane?

Yes, Braden, I do think Britney ate one of her kids for Thanksgiving. Stuffed with pygmy Yorkie, cigarette butts, lollipop sticks and doused in mayonnaise.

What were the side dishes? (Keep it vaguely appropriate.) What did she wear?

I think we need a Buy Everything Day since Earthlings usually work in reverse. Advertise as, "Shop Till You Are Broke, Make Businesses Wealthy At Your Expense."
