Does anyone know a good place (locally owned, if possible) in Indy to get bulk spices? I watched that "Good Eats" episode all about buying spices, and I'd really like to experiment with something that doesn't come prepackaged.
Penzey's isn't local but it's a great spice store. You can open and smell everything. You go in there and you want to come home and cook something wonderful. It's at Clearwater Crossing, at Dean Road and 82nd Street.
