Alton Brown is incredible. Good Eats was the perfect show for the culinary inclined and overly analytical lol. His mixture of education, sharp wit, and sarcastic nature blended perfectly with his effortless cooking abilities. As a former manager of The Old Spaghetti Factory, moy old GM was a HUGE Alton Brown fan, with an autographed pic of him in the office. Truly a great show. I actually caught an episode last night on Food Network, where the subject was bananas, plantains and he covered the makings of banana ice cream, fried plaintains, and the pry-technic goodness that is Bananas Foster. Gotta love it.
