While desperately searching for a way to keep busy the last 20 minutes of my day, I've turned to straightening my desk.
Shift a pile of papers here...sweep off the dustbunnies there... and it occured to me: I have a lot of personal crap on my desk.
It runs the gammut really...one red swingline stapler, framed pictures of the munchkins (of which there are three) coffee mugs (also three + one travel mug), one desk lamp (the old-school mickey & minnie with black shade for maximum additional light with minimal intrusion), a bobble head pirate, a meditating rafiki, panda bears galore, my phone, my iPod charger, several origami swans/Prison Break Ducks of varying size, four plastic cups from King Davids (one in each color) a handful of books, a box of emergency stationar, a Wooly Willy (you know...the small plastic encased picture of a bald man with magnetic filings), a handful of buttons and notes pushpinned to the wall, dozens of post-its, and a hoarde of random articles, timelines, pictures horoscopes and puppets cut ou of the paper and taped up around my space. I know what my space says about me: I'm a packrat...and proud of it.

Mine says...I just moved to a new desk, so it's still quite clean. One issue; I still have no clue who created the B.Miller Puppet Theatre. Have you seen it? I need to clutter up my walls...very blaaah and boring. Will you cut out some randoms for me?
