Realistically, confidence comes and goes for everyone. Sometimes I feel like I'm King of the World, and sometimes I don't. One thing that brings my confidence level up is celebrating successes both large and small. You've got to target something - accomplish it - and then say "yeah, I did that. Hurray for me."
